Why sell through our property auction?

There are circumstances in life where the quick sale of a property is required. In many cases property sold at auction is completed within 28 days. FREE TO SELL means you pay no fees whatsoever to sell your property. We charge a reservation fee to the buyer, which covers our costs. Properties are advertised with a ‘Starting Bid’ and the auction team will agree a confidential ‘Reserve Price’ with you.

What exactly Is the modern method of auction?

This is known as a conditional auction, and means that upon the acceptance of an offer or at the close of the auction, the buyer must place a non refundable reservation fee to reserve the property. The buyer is then given 28 days to exchange contracts and a further 28 days to complete the purchase.

Buying through auction

Between Auction Events we list all properties on our online auction site. You can buy properties before the auction night. Upon the acceptance of an offer or at the close of the auction, you will sign an agreement and place a non refundable reservation fee to reserve the property. You will then be given 28 days to exchange contracts and a further 28 days to complete the purchase.
